Mila Kunis was taken aback by her husband Ashton Kutcher’s moustache
Actress Mila Kunis was taken aback by her husband Ashton Kutcher’s moustache, which he grew for his part in the most recent film “Vengeance.” The actress, however, accepted the change with open arms.
The What Happens in Vegas actor shared details on how he changed his facial hair for his most recent film Vengeance during an appearance on Jimmy Kimmel Live with special guest presenter David Alan Grier. Quentin Sellers, played by Ashton Kutcher, is said to have a pencil-thin moustache.
“This character, when I first saw it, I was like, ‘This is interesting.’ He kinda had this Boss Hog vibe to him,” Kutcher recalled, remembering such “bad guys” with thin moustaches in Cannonball Run and Smokey and the Bandit. “I was like, ‘Alright, I think this guy has got, like, this air of sophistication’.”
Kutcher claimed that Kunis was quite tolerant
Kutcher added: “Then my wife had to deal with it and that was all fun.” He claimed that Kunis was quite tolerant when Grier questioned her about her reaction to his facial hair.
“We’ve been together for seven years, so when I brought home the moustache she was like, ‘Oh it’s like a different guy!'” Kutcher said.
B.J. Novak is both the star and director for the first time in the film “Vengeance.”
BJ came to me with this incredible screenplay he had written and said, “BJ had this amazing screenplay that he wrote and he came to me and he was like, ‘Hey, I’m gonna direct this thing, this is going to be my directorial debut and there’s a role I want you to play”.
Kutcher was impressed after reading the script and decided to work on the movie. He added: “It was one of the best scripts I’ve read in like a decade. I think it captured exactly where America is right now.”
