Huge crowd joins Billie Eilish’s unexpected live performance on “Happier than Ever”

A last-minute live performance on “Happier than Ever” by Grammy-winning artist Billie Eilish, 20, at Amoeba Hollywood drew sizable crowd.

One-year anniversary of “Happier Than Ever”

This weekend marks the one-year anniversary of her second studio album, “Happier Than Ever,” and on Friday (Pacific Standard Time), she performed an acoustic performance of songs from the album at her beloved hometown record shop.

Finneas joined her on stage

Fans jammed Amoeba’s new Hollywood branch to watch the singer perform a four-song set. The singer’s brother, Finneas, joined her on stage with an acoustic guitar and backing vocals.

Audience selected the Song

After starting the show with “Billie Bossa Nova”, Eilish left it up to the audience to choose the next song, which led to an exciting shouting match that ended with the selection of “Getting Older.”

In between songs, Eilish expressed her gratitude to the audience for attending their last-minute concert to witness her and Finneas. Also, one year anniversary of “Happier Than Ever” coincides with her brother’s 25th birthday.

Billie Eilish thanked the audience for their support and said, “You guys are just the best. It’s been the most incredible year, and you’ve been so sweet and respectful about this album, and I just adore you!”

The world tour in promotion of the album is currently taking a break

The world tour in promotion of the album “Happier Than Ever” by the siblings, which began in early February at New Orleans’ Smoothie King Center and is scheduled to end at the end of September in Perth, Australia, is currently taking a month-long break.
