Normani claims that she is dealing with “Real Life S–t” in her personal life

Normani is dealing with many difficulties

Normani refuted claims that her commitment to her music career has been neglected by mentioning some recent difficulties in her life.

One Twitter user said in a since-deleted remark, “No idea where Normani’s motivation (no pun intended) has gone but I just dont see the same enthusiasm from her as I used to. “Don’t even go there; it’s not depression, before y’all start!”

Another user claimed that it’s simply “What happens when you’ve gotten comfortable and you’re not HUNGRY anymore.”

However, on August 9, Normani responded angrily, telling the user to “just shut the f–k up.”

Everybody have different opinion

Others defended Normani, and fashion illustrator Hayden Williams offered some speculation as to what the 26-year-old might be dealing with. Hayden tweeted, “It’s so interesting that people that have no clue what it’s like to be in the music industry & the complexities that can come with that,” Hayden tweeted, “but will dish out unwanted & rude opinions all the time smh.”

While the singer didn’t elaborate what she’s been dealing with, her followers responded to let her know that they hope she’s doing alright. Hayden replied, “Just know you have so much genuine love & support no matter what.”

However, “Some transparency would be helpful,” one person wrote back. “If mental health issue let them know. Ppl will speculate when you don’t provide any real answers to valid questions.”

After Fifth Harmony broke up in 2018, fans eagerly awaited her first solo album. When the subject was raised, she said to Bustle in June, “God, I already know.” “How is the album doing? Definitely summer. Coming on tour.”

In the past, Normani has been open about the difficulties she encountered as a member of the female group. She admitted to Billboard in 2019 that during several of the sessions, she would cry uncontrollably and that she felt “obligation” to achieve as a Black woman as she pursued a solo career. I have so much to say that I just have to get it out.”
