The 20th century studio brings in a new project which has compelled Kiera Knightly to go back in time again. Boston Strangler will be directed by Matt Ruskin.
This time to Boston in the 1960s when a mysterious serial killer was on the out.
The film is based on a true event that happened in the 60s in Boston where thirteen women found themselves as the victim of an unknown killer.

The film surrounds a reporter called Loretta McLaughlin who along with her colleague Jean Cole seemed determined to stick to the case and unravel the mystery while dealing with the prominent sexism of that time.
To see Kiera Knightly in a new avatar is refreshing to the eye. She plays the reporter who broke the story along with her co-stars, Alessandro Nivola, Chris Cooper, David Dastmalchian, and Morgan Spector.
The filming took place from December 2021 to March 2022 in the Boston area. Boston Strangler is set to release on 17th March this year on Hulu in the USA and Disney+ Hotstar in the UK.
