After Top Gun: Maverick’s success, Cruise thanked his fans for their support by releasing a stunning video of himself doing a lethal stunt for his future movie, Mission: Impossible – Dead Reckoning.
Tom recently shared a BTS video of himself while filming a terrifying stunt for Mission Impossible 7 in which he was seen falling out of a plane on Instagram. The video also features director Christopher McQuarrie. The actor is heard stating in the footage.
"Hey everyone, here we are over stunning South Africa, and we're filming Mission: Impossible – Dead Reckoning parts one and two. I didn't want the year to end without thanking you all for coming out to the theatres, and thank you for supporting Top Gun: Maverick."
"As always, thank you for allowing us to entertain you. It truly is the honour of a lifetime. I'm running out of altitude, so I've got to get back to work. We've got to get this shot. You have a very safe and happy holiday. We'll see you at the movies."

Tom Cruise Gives Audience A Massive MI7 Surprising BTS
The actor performs the stunt by speeding a motorcycle off the side of a cliff, as explained by Tom Cruise. As he continues, he jumps through the air. The action actor put in arduous preparations for the scenario, which required more than 500 skydives and 13,000 motocross jumps, in the below-shared behind-the-scenes video.
At the end of the video, director Christopher McQuarrie says that his plans for the upcoming Mission: Impossible movie are the only thing that scares him more.

The Release Of MI7
On July 14, 2023, Mission: Impossible – Dead Reckoning Part One will hit theaters. The international premiere of the sequel is set for June 28, 2024.
