Keanu Reeves is a megastar who, surprisingly, hasn’t yet joined the burgeoning ranks of Marvel or DC superheroes. Fans have been speculating about the Matrix actor’s time as a superhero for a while. With numerous reports of him joining one genre or another spreading without success. The closest he could go to a superhero performance was when he recently voiced Batman in League of Superpets. In a recent appearance on Jimmy Kimmel Live, he discussed his new comic book Brzrkr and let fans know which Marvel superhero he’d like to play.

Keanu Reeves About The Dream Role
Keanu recently discussed joining the Marvel Cinematic Universe once more while appearing on Jimmy Kimmel Live.
Although he was coy about whether Marvel Studios has offered him any specific superhero parts, he added, “I believe the way the Marvel films have blossomed into what they are is really wonderful, and it would be great to be a part of it.” Instead, he responded to Kimmel’s subsequent query by naming the comic book character that his 10-year-old self would have adored to play.
“I think he’d probably want to be Ghost Rider,” he said.

Keanu Reeves Passion On Comics
Reeves has always loved comic books; as a youngster, he used to read Archie Comics, and as a teenager, he read Iron Man, Superman, and Batman. Later in life, he became particularly interested in Frank Miller’s Wolverine run and the Akira manga.
In actuality, he was on Kimmel to promote his new comic book series, BRZKRKR, which he and Matt Kindt co-created. The main character, who is based on Reeves’ appearance, is an eternal warrior who is shown battling his way through many historical eras.

Fans Wished For Ghost Rider As Keanu
Given the 58-year-old actor’s leather jacket-wearing, bike-riding persona, fans have frequently fan-casted him as Ghost Rider, so hearing from Reeves that he too would like to portray the character will probably make many people happy. Actors like Ryan Gosling and Norman Reedus have recently expressed interest in taking on the role of the Marvel superhero. Ghost Rider was previously portrayed by Nicolas Cage in two live-action movies, but Reeves would be the ideal choice if the role were to be recast.
