Former ‘One Direction’ band member Liam Payne was yet again spotted on Wednesday night with his girlfriend, Kate Cassidy. The couple seemed to be amidst a date-night and were snapped leaving the Chiltern Firehouse together. Here’s everything we know about her.
Who is Kate Cassidy?
23-year-old Kate hails from New Jersey, United States. She graduated from Coastal Carolina University in South Carolina in 2021. Soon-after, she moved to London in the summer of 2022. Kate is a social-media influencer and boasts over 10,000 followers on Instagram. You can view her account, here. Sources close to the couple told The Sun that “they [Liam and Kate] are mad about each other.”
Liam and Kate were also spotted together on Halloween
This wasn’t the couple’s first public appearance. They were seen together a few weeks back on Halloween night. Kate Cassidy dressed up as Pamela Anderson while Liam Payne dressed up as Tommy Lee.

Liam Payne has officially moved on from old flame Maya Henry
This marks Liam’s first relationship since his split with ex-fiancé Maya Henry. The couple were together for about two years till June, 2021. Soon-after, Liam confirmed their break-up and stated on The Diary of a CEO Podcast that “I’ve just not been very good at relationships.” The couple experienced many ups and downs and temporarily got back together and even walked the London Fashion Week red carpet together. But the couple eventually called it quits. In May 2022, Liam’s rep confirmed to J-14 that “they have split up.”
