They will both file in Florida on Friday morning, according to sources who told. According to court documents acquired Brady and Bündchen have since finalized their divorce.

After weeks of rampant rumors of a serious falling out between the power couple, Tom Brady and Gisele Bündchen took to Instagram to announce that, after 13 years of marriage, they have “finalized” their divorce. Tom and Gisele expressed nothing but love for one another in their devastating speeches, and they were clear that their co-parenting responsibilities will take precedence above everything else. The former couple has two kids: daughter Vivian Lake, age 9, and son Benjamin Rein, age 12.

The source claims that Bündchen would probably stay in the neighbourhood if the divorce is finalised. The couple recently paid $17 million for a home on Miami Beach’s upscale Indian Creek Island.
