Tristen Nash, the son of WWE/WWF champion and Hall of Fame inductee Kevin Nash, passed away on October 20, 2022, at the age of 26. Sean Ross Sapp, managing editor of Fightful, announced Tristen’s untimely passing on Twitter on behalf of his parents.
“On behalf of Kevin and Tamara Nash, I have to, unfortunately, report that their son, Tristen Nash, has tragically passed away at the age of 26." “Tristen recently started working on Kevin’s new podcast and the two enjoyed their time together. The Nash family asks if you could please respect their privacy during this time.”
However, Kevin did pursue a career in professional fighting despite being the son of a WWE superstar. Instead, he worked toward a career in music and podcasting. He was also recently engaged to the love of his life.

Tristen Nash Juggled Many Talents

Tristen possessed a wide range of skills. He was a writer, a podcast technician, and the vocalist and songwriter for the band The Builders, according to his Instagram page. He spoke Creole, French, and English, which was even more astounding. According to his Facebook page, he lived in Ponce Inlet, Florida, but was originally from Scottsdale, Arizona. He also mentions attending Daytona State College on his Facebook page, though it’s not clear if he graduated.

Tristen Struggled With Mental Health
Like his father, Tristen got multiple tattoos. One of his tattoos was a sentence written in cursive that said, “How did you become the story I always tell while skipping stones?” On October 10, 2022, he displayed on Instagram the tattoo and utilised the caption to promote mental health awareness.
“#mentalhealthawareness a huge part of my life that I never acknowledge. Know that you are loved and needed. Enjoy each second."
That same day, he posted some of his emotional lyrics to his Facebook page. “I broke my own heart. I’m trying to convince myself.. That I can suffer if I want, mother f—ker Just put me back on your shelf,” he penned.

Tristen Nash Was Engaged
The vocalist passed away while engaged to Savanna Kern. In July, he and Savanna started dating, according to his Facebook page. In July, she first showed up on his Instagram page.
Tristen was obviously in love with Sav since he frequently posted pictures of them together on social media. The artist posted a selfie with Savanna on October 8, 2022 and wrote, “The best friend I could ever have. The love of my life and beyond brilliant. I love you so much Savanna.”
“If I could give you one thing in life, I would give you the ability to see yourself through my eyes; Only then would you realize how special you are to me, ” a quote on a necklace packet that is meant to be given to a fiancée read. In a message he published earlier in the month, he also referred to her as his “future wife.”

Tristen Was A Big Foodie
The late podcaster loved sharing the meals he had while travelling through life, as shown by the numerous images on his Instagram feed, including the sushi set shown above. He seemed unafraid to try new things, and at one point he even tasted alligator ribs. Even when he was starving, Tristen would post about food, as seen in his image of grilled chicken with tomato and mozzarella on top from October 13, 2022. “So I’m beyond hungry now,” he captioned the scrumptious-looking plate. The post would be his last.

Tristen Underwent A Weight Loss Transformation
In January 2022, Tristen uploaded a photo to Instagram to display his remarkable 75-pound weight loss. He appeared on the left side of the split image, happily enjoying a beer while dressed in a flannel. He posted a photo of himself in a similar flannel with a substantially smaller waistline on the right. “75 pounds down feels so much different. #weightloss,” he wrote alongside the before-and-after photo.
