Indeed, the couple went out of their way to wed covertly back in 2013. “Everything was held at one of Kerry’s friend’s houses,” a source told PEOPLE at the time. “They flew a few people out on this little private plane. The house was beautiful.”
The informant also revealed that Nnadi and his wife used a private plane to travel only a select number of distinguished guests to their Idaho wedding. “It was small, just family and close friends,” an attendee told the outlet. “They said their own vows, and people stayed at the house. It was really simple and sweet.”

2. Nnamdi Asomugha Is Also An Actor
Nnamdi works in the same industry as his wife, who is an accomplished actor with numerous honours to her credit. He is recognised as both a producer as well as an actor. He recently co-stars with Oscar winners Eddie Redmayne and Jessica Chastain in the Netflix thriller The Good Nurse. Nnamdi has also acted in the films Crown Heights and Sylvie’s Love, both of which starred Tessa Thompson.
3. Nnamdi Has His Own Charity
Nnamdi runs his charity, the Asomugha Foundation, when he is not working on a film set. His foundation is so effective that former presidents Bill and Hillary Clinton have volunteered to help with some of the initiatives. On October 26, 2021, Nnamdi posted a picture of himself with the politicians to Instagram to wish Hillary a happy birthday.

4. The Star Played College Football
Nnamdi had been playing for the NFL for ten years before to getting married to the brunette beauty! During his stay at the University of California, Berkeley, he also participated in collegiate football. The gifted player received a contract with the Oakland Raiders in 2003, then in 2011 he switched teams to play for the Philadelphia Eagles. Additionally, he participated in 2013 with the San Francisco 49ers before declaring his retirement from the NFL later that year.

Three kids were born to Kerry and her spouse! Kerry is the mother of the two children she and Nnami welcomed during their marriage as well as the stepmother to Nnamdi’s 16-year-old daughter from a prior relationship. Isabelle Amarchi, their first child, was born on April 21, 2014. Just two years later, Caleb Kelechi, the couple’s first child, was born, giving Isabelle’s family a second sibling.

The mother of three even said to PEOPLE in 2019 that it is difficult for her to resist sharing family images.
“I have moments where I take pictures or videos of one of my three amazing kids and I wanna post it online, and I tend to just send it to my parents or my shrink instead,” she said at the time. “I’m like, ‘My kids are so cute and I don’t wanna post about them, so look at how cute they are!' "
