On “The Kardashians” Season 2 conclusion, the Skims creator, 42, told her now-9-year-old daughter that West, 45, received a “beautiful blue frock” that she “got pregnant” in.

In June 2013, Kim Kardashian and ex-husband Kanye West welcomed their daughter. They also have three other kids together: Saint, age 6, Chicago, age 4, and Psalm, age 3. Kanye chose a very special dress for Kim to wear to the 2012 Angel Ball in New York City on October 22 the day following the SKIMS founder’s 32nd birthday. This was done eight months before North was born.

How Kim Kardashian Tells Her Conceiveness
Kardashian offered a personal narrative about Rousteing and a famous Balmain gown that he created for her while she was with North, Rousteing, and her mother Kris Jenner.
"Northie, I've known Olivier since before you were a baby, and he gave Daddy this blue dress that Daddy wanted for me," Kardashian told North between bites of french fries and sips of Coca-Cola. "It was my birthday, the year before you were born, and I wore the dress, and I got pregnant and you got in my belly the night I wore that dress."

Where Kim Wore The Conceived Dress
On October 22, 2012, about eight months earlier, a picture of Kardashian wearing the blue dress was taken on the red carpet of the Gabrielle’s Angel Foundation Angel Ball in New York City.

The reality star added a fishtail braid, matching blue earrings, a big ring, and black, pointy pumps to the low-cut, long-sleeved outfit at the time.
Along with his then-girlfriend, West attended the event and looked sharp in a tux.

Kim Kardashian Feels Disgusted Towards Kanye West
According to a source who spoke to US Weekly, Kim Kardashian is reacting negatively to the latest Kanye West-related incident. The Kardashians star is “looking into” the allegations that while working for Adidas, her ex-husband sent his former employees images of her that were nude.
The insider stated that she reacted as follows, “Kim is disgusted. She is terrified and feels violated.” The 42-year-old reality star-entrepreneur is currently attempting to “confirm” the claims. “[She] wanted to see what photos former employees saw so she has more details.”

In a 2016 Q&A video for Kardashian’s app, Rousteing previously discussed the dress and North’s subsequent conception. However, the video appears to no longer be accessible.
