Maisie Williams Feels Proud For Her Role In Game Of Thrones

The “Game of Thrones” actor who plays Arya Stark said, “It absolutely fell off at the end,” during a Twitch stream with her brother James Williams.

What Maisie Williams Stated At HBO

In the Emmy-winning HBO fantasy series, which lasted from 2011 to 2019, the actor played Arya Stark.

She added that the HBO series “started really strong.”

It kinda popped off. For the longest time… I could never see it from the outside. So I could never say that and actually understand it. For the first time, it feels good to be proud of it. It was 10 years of my life.”

Williams continued, “I was heartbroken when Ned died, yet I knew it was coming,” alluding to Sean Bean’s character, who brutally murdered off Arya’s father in Season 1.

Why Maisie Williams Feels Proud On GOT 

Game of Thrones, which was incredibly popular, was based on the epic fantasy novel series A Song of Ice and Fire by George R. R. Martin. Many admirers, however, were disappointed with the conclusion.

One of the most watched TV programmes in the past ten years is Game of Thrones. The show premiered in 2011, ran for eight seasons, and finished in 2019.

Maisie Williams disclosed that she had recently rewatched the entire series while streaming with her brother James. The actor responded that despite having a solid beginning, the show “dropped off” in the end when asked what she thought of it.

How It Felt Off At The End

Maisie Williams, like the majority, wasn’t pleased with how Game of Thrones ended: “It definitely fell off at the end,” she said, according to ET Canada. Aware of GOT’s methods “began very strong, but then it kind of popped off,” Maisie remembered truthfully. 

The 25-year-old made an appearance on her brother James “talfuin” Williams’ livestream a few days ago and claimed that the show “dropped off” near the end of its run.

"For the longest time… I could never see it from the outside. I could never say that and really understand what I was saying. It feels good to be proud of it for the first time. I lived through those ten years."

What Maisie Williams Thought About Her Role 

Maisie Williams, who portrayed the adored Arya Stark in Game of Thrones, is now being up about how she feels about how the illustrious series, which helped her become well-known, ended. The actress revealed during a Twitch stream with her brother James Williams that she had rewatched all 8 seasons and had come to the conclusion that the means did not always justify the end.

Why GOT Universe So Loved Along 

Although House of the Dragon’s first season was successfully finished this week and joyfully welcomed into the GOT universe, Game of Thrones is still a subject of serious debate even years later! The point of conflict? For devoted fans, who were not at all pleased with the series’ conclusion, the denouement left a terrible aftertaste.
